How long does it take to make my quilt(ed item)?
The length of time it takes to create your quilt or your quilted item(s) varies tremendously depending on the size or type of item. I also complete items in the order in which they are received. At the time of your order I can give you an estimate of the amount of time I think I will need to complete your order.

Is my quilt(ed item) really washable?
Absolutely. Warm or Cold wash. Hang to dry or machine dry low. I create quilts of solid, durable construction. They are not fragile. Toss them in.

How much does it cost?
The costs vary considerably depending on the size and type of quilted item. I have very general price ranges. These are listed with the products.

How do I place an order?
1)By printing out an order form and mailing it to me with a check. 2) Phoning in your order 3) Ordering on line.

How do I pay for my order?

Are my fabric choices limited to those you have listed on your web site?
No. You may select from those designs or we can custom design your quilted item if you have other colors in mind.

Do you send out fabric swatches?
No. The fabrics that I use can be seen on my web site. Specific fabrics are subject to change depending on availability.

Do I need to make a deposit when I place my order?
Yes. A deposit in the amount of 20% is required at the time you order.

Can I return something I've ordered and received?
Yes. I will refund your money less your deposit.

Do you provide phone consultations about my order?
Absolutely. Talking with you over the phone gives us a chance to communicate more precisely about what it is you are looking for and how I can best make that happen for you.

Do you provide discounts for referrals?
Yes, if the person you refer buys something, I will give you 5% off your next order!
